Apply by March 1 to the 2018 NEW Leadership™ New York Summer Institute (May 29 – June 4, 2018)!
Take part in workshops, mentoring opportunities, special events and field trips to explore your leadership capacity. Be introduced to the women’s rights movement, policy-making, campaign and community organizing, coalition building in diverse and global communities, and advocacy skills.
Receive a Certificate of Achievement upon successful completion, and encouragement to implement a project at your campus or community for which you can receive a mini-grant from the Center for Women in Government & Civil Society.
The program, housing, meals and parking permits at the University at Albany are provided free to participants.
