The SUNY Broome Center for Civic Engagement at SUNY Broome Community College announces a debate with candidates Paul Battisti, Debra Gelson and Michael Korchak for Broome County District Attorney from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Oct. 23, 2019, in SUNY Broome’s Angelo Zuccolo Little Theatre, located in the Student Center.
All candidates have confirmed their attendance. The event is open to the public.
The debate will be audio recorded for rebroadcast by WSKG Public Media/WSQX radio. The debate is a collaborative effort by SUNY Broome, the college’s History, Philosophy and Social Sciences Department, the League of Women Voters of Broome and Tioga Counties, the Binghamton University Center for Civic Engagement, Andrew Goodman Vote Everywhere at Binghamton University and WSKG Public Media.
