Whether it’s your first time shopping for books, or you’re a seasoned pro, here are some answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about buying your books.

August 30: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
August 31: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
September 1: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
September 2: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
September 3: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
September 4: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
September 5: CLOSED
September 6: CLOSED LABOR DAY
September 7: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
September 8: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
September 9: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm
September 10: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm
*Normal Hours for the Fall Semester: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.
If you are unable to make it into the store, you can Order your Books Online.
*Note: Please have your book list ready when shopping in store; our titles are listed in alphabetical order by author’s last name.
Pickup Location for Online Orders
Online Orders can be picked up from the SUNY Broome Ice Center during our hours of operation from August 23 to September 10.
Financial Aid Availability
Financial Aid will run from August 20 – September 24. After this period, the money left on your financial aid account will be credited to your bank account. For more information on Financial Aid, please contact the financial aid office, +1 (607) 778-5028.
Help with Digital Titles
Please allow up to 24 hours for your digital purchase to be delivered to the email you provided. The email will come from the Redshelf Company; so please search your email and check your spam folder.

Help with Inclusive Access
If you’ve enrolled in an Inclusive Access course, the digital copy of your text should be listed on your professor’s blackboard.
If your professor has not listed the link on blackboard, search your school provided email for an email from the Provider. If you cannot find the email that was sent to you, please contact the provider directly for further assistance.
Rentals
To sign up for a rental account.
Fall Rentals are Due on December 20, 2021. Please have your book back before or on this date.
