Big trucks, police cars, snowplows, fire trucks and Chenango Gymnastics will be on hand for the children to interact with as well. The event also will include child safety seat inspections, the Child-Safe Program and community exhibits, as well as entertainment by Johnny Only.
Nutritious and low-cost lunches and snacks will also be available. The event also will include basket raffles and the Scholastic BOGO Book Fair to support the Broome Educators of Children Association (BECA) club’s community and professional development initiatives
The cost of the event is $3 per child. Adults attend free with a donation to the Community Hunger Outreach Warehouse. There is a $10 maximum cost per family.
